Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your G-Wolves device in its original packaging, including all extra cables, PTFE skates, and accessories provided.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location to be sent to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
